Role Overview

The Store Keeper will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Fiber-com’s warehouse and stores, ensuring that all materials, tools, and equipment are efficiently handled, tracked, and supplied to project and installation teams. 

This role is important for the smooth delivery of ICT, smart systems, and network implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials, components, and tools according to company standards.
• Organize and store inventory safely and efficiently, maintaining optimal warehouse layout and stock organization.
• Issue materials and tools to project and installation teams based on work orders and daily requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Track and log all material movements using inventory management software or stock cards.
• Conduct regular stocktaking, reconciliations, and reporting of discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate documentation for receipts, transfer notes, and consumption records.
• Coordinate with procurement, project managers, and technical teams for timely supply of materials to project sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and cleanliness standards in the warehouse/store area.
• Assist with logistics and delivery scheduling for site deployments.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational or technical certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in warehouse/store keeping, preferably within construction, ICT, or smart system environments.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
• Ability to handle and organize a wide range of components: network hardware, cabling, smart system equipment, tools, and consumables.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, inventory software).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physically able to handle warehouse duties, including lifting and extended standing.

• Experience working in a technology, electromechanical, or smart systems company.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and integrity in handling company assets.
• Flexible, with a willingness to adapt to project schedules or urgent supply needs.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.
