Role Overview
The Retail Distribution Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and managing the distribution strategy and retail channel network for Fiber-com's technology products and smart solutions.
This key leadership position will oversee partner relationships, drive revenue growth, optimize market coverage, and ensure channel performance in targeted regions.
Key Responsibilities

Channel Development & Management
- Build and expand a network of retail partners, resellers, and distributors across assigned regions.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners aligned with Fiber-com's market and product growth objectives.
- Negotiate agreements, set retailer/reseller terms, and develop channel incentive programs.
- Sales & Market Execution
- Set sales targets for the retail and distribution channels; achieve and report on results.
- Collaborate with product, presales, and marketing teams to launch promotions, special offers, and new product activations in the channel.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out data, analyze sales trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with key retail and distribution partners to ensure loyalty and mutual growth.
- Deliver regular training, product updates, and support to partner teams.
- Resolve conflicts and handle escalations between Fiber-com and channel partners quickly and professionally.
- Operational Efficiency
- Oversee inventory planning, stock movements, and order fulfillment to ensure product availability in all channels.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for efficient delivery and returns.
- Guarantee compliance with company, legal, and quality standards across the retail network.
- Market Intelligence & Expansion
- Gather market feedback, monitor competitor activities, and identify new market opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows, events, and retail forums to promote Fiber-com's product lines and generate new contacts.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Generate reports on channel performance, sales targets, promotions, and market conditions.
- Present updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or technology distribution management; experience with smart solutions or IT products is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in channel development, partner management, and sales target achievement.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and train distributor and retail partner teams.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and process optimization.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
- Valid driver's license.
