As we expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and attract new customers from SMEs and Corporates through various social media platforms.

Job Description:

As a Full-Time Digital Marketing Specialist at Ur-Serv, you will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase our customer base. 

You will utilize your expertise in social media marketing, content creation, and data analysis to drive engagement and conversions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Marketing:
    • Develop and implement effective social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
    • Create engaging and compelling content tailored to each platform.
    • Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience insights, and engagement metrics.
    • Manage and grow Ur-Serv social media presence to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.


  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Develop and oversee the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
    • Create high-quality written, visual, and video content that aligns with Ur-Serv brand voice and objectives.
    • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and impactful marketing materials.
    • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and adheres to best practices.


  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media and other digital platforms.
    • Track and report on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies and tactics.
    • Manage the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI.


  • Customer Engagement and Acquisition:
    • Identify and target potential customers from SMEs and Corporates through digital channels.
    • Develop lead generation strategies to capture and nurture leads.
    • Implement email marketing campaigns to engage and convert leads into customers.
    • Utilize analytics tools to track customer behavior and optimize marketing efforts.


  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting platforms.
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate results and recommendations to the team.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure Ur-Serv remains competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for our clients to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Create and curate relevant content social media platforms.
