We are looking for Training Instructors with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Management: Leadership development, team building, decision-making, strategic planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Human Resources: HR practices, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and workplace diversity.
Marketing: Digital marketing, brand management, market research, content creation, and marketing analytics.
Sales: Sales techniques, negotiation skills, customer relationship management, and sales process optimization.
Public Relations and Media: Media relations, crisis communication, PR campaigns, social media management, and reputation management.
Self-Management: Time management, communication skills, stress management, emotional intelligence, and personal effectiveness.
Leadership: Leadership styles, coaching and mentoring, change management, and fostering innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions tailored to the specific needs and skill levels of the participants.
- Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and practical exercises, to enhance the learning experience.
- Facilitate discussions, group activities, and role-playing exercises to encourage active participation and practical application of knowledge.
- Evaluate and assess participants' progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their ongoing professional development.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience and expertise in the respective professional area (Management, HR, Marketing, Sales, PR, Self-Management, or Leadership).
- Perfect written English
- Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor (minmum 2years)
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training approaches to suit different learning styles and audiences.
Nice to have
- Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Additional languages
